Team Admins and PRO Users
We offer Team Admin accounts and dashboards for organizations or individuals who want to manage multiple PRO users. Team Admins may use this information for internal training administration, supervision, and recordkeeping. Team Admins are responsible for notifying PRO users that their learning activity may be visible to Team Admins and for obtaining any required consents, approvals, or notices.
If you leave an organization or no longer need to appear in team reports, a Team Admin may hide you from reports or request that you be removed from the team dashboard. Removing a PRO user from reports or from the team dashboard does not necessarily delete that PRO user’s individual account or learning records. PRO users may contact us to request changes to their username or email address, including changing from a work email address to a personal or other non-work email address.
