    We reimburse our employees through their payroll - our "bookkeerper states that this causes her problems at the end of the year when she gets ready to print the W-2's. Should we stop reimbursing employees through payroll or do you believe we may have it setup incorrectly and that is why she is having issues?

    I think when you are collecting your data then you have to be very careful and for that you need to recalculate the entries.
