    I have a question for you.

    "What type of company gets closed (or liquidates) without bankruptcy. This is a company that gets started usally by four or five investors, then after a span of normally 4 years they liquidate the company. I was told this normally happens in NY and Cali. They also make a huge amount of money. They do make a product.

    This is an extra credit question my class has, and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I know I have already asked this question, but I thought I'd add the new info here. Need an answer by Thursday.
