    if a company is lossing every year and the losses is greater than the retained earning account what shall we do?

    hello,
    you must appear retained earning with dificit
    example:
    First Year, second Year,
    big. balance R.E 100,000 big. balance R.E (10000)
    net loss (110,000) net loss (50000)
    _________ __________
    End. bal. (dificit) (10000) End. bal. (dificit) (60000)
