    i want ask you about business combination.
    when we prepare consolidated financial statement after purchase, when their are negative goodwill what shall we do in this case, and from where we will amortize this negative goodwill

    goodwill is not amortized anymore but is tested for impairment every year - that's the new IAS policy.
