    Assignment help please...

I'm having trouble in choosing the most suitable income and value measurement base in a scenario.

Scenario is....Economy of african country is mainly agriculture and commodity trading, with a growing manufacturing sector and a growing IT sector(low on tangible assets, high in staff knowledge importance). Economy has regular, significant price changes. Inflation is low over last 10 years.

So, can anyone point me towards the income and value measurement base which would be appropriate in this scenario?

Id grateful accept any help, i dont necessarily want people to answer the question for me, i only need ideas so that i can help myself, even a book or journal which might point the way, as im fresh out of ideas and i cant seem to find any useful reading which helps.
    Thankful People: ARMAN
