   You have to record it as wages by using the market rate that exist

   Our volunteers needed a way to record and track their volunteer hours. Here's how I used Drupal ver 5 to resolve the problem.
   Community members donated more than 1.2 million volunteer hours to Brevard Public Schools during the 2007-08 school year.

   I too work for a non-profit. We record volunteer hours this way:
   
   Salaries Inkind (500) $200.00 DR
   Non-Fed Funds (400) $200.00 CR
