    hi ,every one

    I have problem regarding invoices can any body tell me the correct procedure to enter a invioce & any guidence sites to learn invoice entering in canda

    Well...if system is double entry...when you enter the invoice into the A/P system the entry is:

    Dr Expense
    Cr Accounts Payable

    When checks are run the system should:

    Cr Bank
    Dr Accounts Payable (clearing it)
