    Hi Friends

    I'm working( Saudi Arabia) with a division of a group company having diversified interest. The business nature of my division is contracting/construction in nature. I had been debited by an amount by the HO, which is the group company, say 'A'. Lately the payment was transferred against this debit to, say 'B' which is also a grop company of 'A'. As per my books the liability is to 'A' whereas the payment effected is to 'B'. Is this acceptable as per accounting standards. Pls.comment
