    I graduated from college with an accounting degree (BS in Accounting).
    I had about say ten year experience by now. I live in state of California.
    I have not passed CPA, just a regular employee at a very small private company. How can I change my current situation and get my career one step forward and become a better accountant? Thank you for your advice. Have a nice day!

    Have you given any thought to getting your master's??? Or possibly looking into another area of the accounting feild??? On of my instructors advised us to go into temp work for awhile. Keeps things fresh and helps you to find what area of the accounting feild works best for you. I am thinking about going into teaching myself. Good luck
