My main question is: "What payroll periods are covered for the proceeding month?" Here's an example, My company recieved an insurance bill for coverage period December 1, 2007 thru December 31, 2007 with due date November 18, 2007. Now, the company's pay periods are the 15th and 30th of each month. (ex. jan.15th pay date covers jan.1-15th and jan.30th pay date covers jan.16-30th) Again, what pay periods covers December 1, 2007 thru December 30, 2007 insurance? Does November 15th and November 30th pay periods covers the month of December 2007 insurance?
