    I noticed some job advertisements require applicants to do GL reconciliation. What is GL reconciliation and how to do it?

    Thank you for your help.

    The GL is the central depository for all the "Day Books" i.e., sales, purchases, general journal, ect. when reconciling the GL all entries posted to it from the "day books" should be reflected in the GL.
