   dear sir,
   
   i am working as fresh accountant, i would like to konw the ledger account for the following:
   
   example: stationery item goes to printing and stationery as indirect expense
   
   xerox
   cartridge
   tea, snacks, lunch, water, cooldrings & other food items
   gate pass or entry pass
   car parking charges
   overtime charges
   outstation allowance & outstation food allowance
   
   
   please help sir

   hello sir this is sunny,
   this is just a try to solve your problem please be confirmed before use it o.k
   xerox under printing and stationery exp(indirect)
   cartridge under Printer maintainance exp. (indirect exp.) it will be a direct exp. in case where it is a profession of advocate, ca's etc
   tea, snacks, lunch, water, cooldrings & other food items employees welfare and entertainment a/c (indirect exp.)
   gate pass or entry pass car parking charges (dear sir you haven't explain that wheather these charges are paid by u or receive by you well if you receive it will be misc. income or if you pay then it will be misc. exp.[under indirect exp/income] )
   overtime charges If Manuf. Org. and given to labour or for supervision then direct exp. if salary overtime then indirect exp.
   outstation allowance & outstation food allowance indirect exp.
