    Could you help me understand if I am supposed to keep track of the state sales tax seperately? How do I know if I should be submitting a Sales & Use tax Payment?

    Is it enough that I pay the tax on invoices or should I be doing something further?

    I worked for a small business some years ago and was responsible for KY state sales and use tax and…the way I was told was to pay on deposits. I don’t know if that’s correct but I never had an issue with the state. It's also simple, as all you need is your bank statement from the previous month.
