    Which one is good to take and why?

    I am not accountant but in fianance so which one will be benefical for me. I will really appreciate you comments.

    CPA, if you want to work in public accounting.
    CMA, if you want to work in private, i.e., corporate accounting.

    CMA (certified managerial accountant) is a kind of specialization i think. from what i've heard, you've got to become a certified accountant first before getting a specialization, e.g. certified internal auditor (CIA), certified external auditor (CEA), certified managerial accountant (CMA) etc. etc...
