I am a bookkeeper for an S-corporation which provides landscaping services. Business mileage for a part owner utilizing a vehicle that is NOT depreciated...would that mileage be considered a part of Cost of Goods sold or simply be considered Mileage Expense? If part of COGS ..what would be the entry?

I would treat this as mileage expense. The mileage does not directly relate to the cost of the items (and related labor) you are selling.

    Hope this helps.
