    While there are many reasons to go with JIT inventory there are also some significant draw backs. What are some of the draw backs and how can we avoid those problems?

    Reliance on suppliers to deliver
    Inflexible to changes in demand (rises or falls)
    Skilled (and therefore expensive) workforce required due to fast production
