    Dear Brothers,
    I need to know what is the duty of
    1. Junior Accountant
    2. Senior Accountnat

    Also what is the deference b/n them, and i have idea that those graduated in Degree are senior accountants and those graduate in Diploma was junior accountants so is this statment correct?

    I would use "junior accountant" when referring to a college graduate in accounting with little experience (0-2 years of experience). I would use "senior accountant" when referring to a college graduate in accounting with two or more years of experience and supervising one or more junior accountants.
