I was wondering what the most important financial ratios are when it comes to a company's stock. How are these ratios used in conjunction with its financial statements?

    Hi There

In relation to comapny's stock these ratios are more relevant - P/E ratio, Basic EPS, Book value per share, Div payout ratio and Yield on Common stock. Also one can look at Debt to Equity ratio and Times Interest Earned.

    Hope this helps:)
