    Hi all
    Private person bought 100% of a capital of a company .How will be that recorded in the accounting books of the company
    and how to record amount that's paid for the shares.

    ok for exemple
    I wont to buy your small company .You are selling me the whole company(100%,100 shares )for a 1000 $
    for the moment i don't have any company.after 1.01 i'm starting to operate the company.
    How to record this 100 Shares for 1000 $
    and second question-where to put the brokerage fees-like expense or included in the price of the shares
