    can anybody convey about the treatment of clawback commission for an insurance brokerage firm.
    20% of the total commission payable to consultants are retained inorder to claim back claw back commissions (which is paid to insurance company by the brokerage firm) from them.
    the firm claims the entire clawback from the consultants
