    I made a journal entry to clear out a transaction. However, it still shows up as unpaid in the QuickBooks bill pay. Any suggestions to get it cleared out of the window?

    according to QB, you can use the bill pay feature, check off the bill that still shows unpaid, and in the middle of the screen you will see the total credits available.. Select Set Credits to apply the credit to the bill.

    I think for that you have to track back your bill entries there might be a problem else follow the Dagmar instruction you will get good response!
