    I have a question for you.

    "What type of company gets closed (or liquidates) without bankruptcy yearly?"

    This is an extra credit question my class has, and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. The yearly part at the end may be an error on my part.

    It actually depends on what type of company you have and your individual situation.

    Our teacher told us this is a "Type" of company that due to its nature closed or liquidates yearly.
