    My company make a payment on behalf of company A for puchase a new truck of $32,000.00 (the invoice of $32,000.00 was issued to the company A), the double entry will be cr bank, dr other creditor (company A).
    I would like to know what is the double entry for company A for purchase of new truck?

    The following entry should be passed in Company A's book:

    Debit : Fixed Assets Account (Truck)
    Credit : Your Compnay name
