    Hi,
    My professor won't answer my email but I need an answer to complete my assignment. I'm setting up a manual general ledger and the explanation for opening entries aren't clear to me. Do I only write Opening Balance in the particulars for the first entry in the general ledger for only the accounts in the first entry of the general journal? Or do I write Opening balance for the first entry in the general ledger for ALL accounts?
