    In a vehicle conversion company, customers giving advance payment for the projects. Preparing proforma invoice at the beginning and recieve cash by cash reciept voucher. then recored it as debit cash A/C and credit recievables(customers Account). Later we can't realise the total of project and how much will be the balance untill sales or service invoice issued. - looking suggessions
